I build the
systems
businesses
run on.

Ten years of it. One business I closed because of who I'd have had to become to keep running it. This is where I think out loud about the work — what held up, what didn't, and what I'd do differently. There's nothing here to buy.

NEVER BEEN FEATURED IN

Every personal brand has an "As Seen In" section. This is mine. It's refreshingly honest.

Not yet, anyway. My mum remains optimistic.

I USED TO MEASURE A BUSINESS
BY WHAT IT MADE.

NOW I MEASURE IT BY WHAT IT NEEDS
FROM ITS OWNER.

Money is a clean number, and it hides everything sitting behind it.

A business that turns a profit and still needs its owner for every decision isn't an asset. It's a job you can't resign from.

SERVICE IS THE GAME.
MONEY IS ONE SCOREBOARD.

About

I CLOSED A BUSINESS THAT WAS WORKING.

It worked. That wasn't the problem.

I started in 2016 and spent five years building, failing, adapting and paying for my own education. By 2021 I had an affiliate business that was working.

I closed it anyway. Not because the numbers stopped, but because of who I'd have had to become to keep running it. That decision taught me more than the five years before it.

Everything here comes out of that. Ownership, structure, and building something that doesn't need you holding it together.

Who This Isn't For

I'd rather lose you here
than waste your time later.

There's nothing to buy on this site, so the only thing I can cost you is your attention. Three ways to know this isn't your place.

01

You want it quick.

If the appeal is speed, we'll fall out early. Everything worth building here takes longer than you want it to. I stopped looking for the way round it.

02

You want to be told what to do.

I'll show you how I think about a problem and where my own thinking broke. What you do with your business stays yours to decide.

03

You need me to look impressive.

No logos, no screenshots, no numbers — deliberately. If you need the credentials before the thinking, there are plenty of people happy to supply them.

No hype. No shortcuts. No pretending a funnel is a business.

The Community

It's small, it's early, and it's being rebuilt.

Open to join

No fee, no funnel and no upsell waiting at the end. If that ever changes, it'll be said plainly.

Problems, not motivation

People bring the thing they're actually stuck on. That's the whole format.

Live when it's useful

Calls happen when there's something worth getting on a call for, not on a schedule I have to fill.

Early Days

Small, honest, and built in the open.

Innovation Peak

Build the structure behind a business you actually own.

Most businesses I look at are running on parts that were added one at a time. A funnel here, a course there, a community somewhere else, a booking page on a fourth platform. Nothing is wrong with any single piece. Together they leak time, attention and money.

Innovation Peak is where I do that work with businesses. Bringing the moving parts into one place they own, so the thing is simpler to run and cheaper to change.

Fewer moving parts. One place you own. Work you can hand to someone else.

The Standard

THIS IS WHAT
I RUN ON.

Twelve principles. Some I worked out myself, some I picked up early from people I learned from and kept because they held up under pressure. It is the closest thing I have to a straight answer about how I work.

Two pages. No email required.
